I just come from Holidays and I have missed so much my Bellicon workouts!!!
This workout is easy to do but dynamic. I just love it [:06:]
After 3 weeks, I started seeing the shape of my legs' muscles again and my glutes a little more up :-)

I only had 10 minutes prior to eating dinner and this fit the bill perfectly.  I love her cuing.  She's always specific especially when she knows we can't look at the screen on some exercises.  [:02:]
