I am not exactly what you would call a morning person and I am amazed with how much ease I seem to able to start in the new day after only 15 minutes workout on my bellicon. I love it! Thanks for the great video!

Fayth, I notice that you are often on the front of your feet (maybe that is the ball of your foot) instead of your whole foot--is that a good idea in general? Thanks! Clara
