A little slower, a little longer, a lot more variety in moves, please.  

Love this!!!!!

This workout is not for normal people like me. Tempo is way too high and way too many arm movements and planks... I can't even do a moving plank, let alone all those insane exercises. Had to do my own workout half of the time. Only recommended for very fit/muscled people.

I enjoyed the mixture of movement- this should be more a 7 or 8 in difficulty (at least it was for me).  Good one T!

Very challenging workout.  I hope it will strengthen my arms.
