Loved this routine as I could feel it really working.     More routines with the resistance bands would be good now that I have both types. Keep up the good work. 

I would really like to be able to create my own workout training  routine for the week putting in a variety of my favourites covering all aspects of fitness instead of using the ones chosen for me. It would be all set up for me each day with me not having to search through my favourites to find them.
