Engage the important muscles around the shoulders to prevent injury and improve posture.

Hello Sarah thanks you very much for this workout I have chosen well. It helps me to open more my arms and ... my heart. For that thanks you. I just feel sometimes tired in my arms and added : droping my shoulders and shaking my hands arms on my side 2 or 3 times during the workout. Excellent day to you.

Great video!  This has a lot of small but very effective moves.  I am confident that if I do this workout regularly it will get rid of any excess rolls above my bra lines.  I will definitely feel more confident when I am dressed for the day.  Thank you for another great workout.
