Hello Arnita..I just died doing this video,,but what fun !! Quick question,, I am on a 44 inch....tough to do that  -ONE- step -cross -over- to- the- other -side move...are you on a smaller Bellicon ?  Love youu !!

thanx Arnita! 3 years I fractured my left ankle so badly that I thought I might never walk again, let alone run my half marathons.
Thanx to you and Bellicon I have found a way to get in shape again, without my ankle hurting!
