Strengthen the muscles of your feet and ankles to improve balance and stability in the entire body.

I have a very bad ankle with NOOOOO muscle tone in my right side. I’ve been to 4 doctors and everyone of them give me a different diagnosis. Well since I started using the mini trampoline my ankle has improved a lot. I found this work out for the ankle and I have noticed a big difference in my right leg. A BIG thank you for the help [:01:]

How often does this need to be done before moving on to the next session?

This felt so good for my legs and ankles!  I will be doing this one often.  Thanks, Sarah!
