A powerful and quick burn for your core. Strengthen these muscles on the bellicon mat for a challenge to the deeper core muscles!

Confession time. I assume that I should keep going on the crunches even though I am gripping the edge of the Bellicon with my calves. I figure my ab strength will increase as I go along and I won't grip as much. What do you think? Any suggestions?
