Love the Swissjump, this is exactly what I was looking for! 

Squats done on the Bellicon are way more fun than squats done standing on the floor! 

Loved this workout! I tend to do my own warm up on the Bellicon so this was perfect. More please!

This is good when you want to exercise but got up late, really enjoyed the co-ordination challenge, thank you [:06:]

This was not a safe video..little warm up and zero cool down...For anyone with sciatica it would be dangerous...The repeat instruction towards the end of the video is unclear,,I assumed we were going to start at the very beginning of the session

Really enjoyed this video. So much fun!
