i don't have knee problems but i did this workout and liked it for the glute exercises...did it without a T bar.

Thanks for addressing problems following a knee injury. Great to have your expertise and exercises to help get back in shape.

Did not like the workout at all.  I do these moves in Eccentrics and Classical Stretch with great results.  I find doing these on the bellicon to be less effective.  I'd rather bounce.

Fabulous - I bought the Bellicon specifically to help me move beyond knee issues that have prevented me from running.  Greatly appreciate the precision of instructions on alignment ....  More please!  [:01:]
