I have had a knee surgery and just finished rehabilitation for a new knee injury. These were great and had some overlap with what my PT gave me but gave me more confidence in moving onto the Bellicon.  Thanks!  BTW I don't have the tbar, but I do have therabands and was able to anchor onto a doorknob and then under the door to do the bar & band exercises (sharing incase it helps others with no bar).

i don't have knee problems but i did this workout and liked it for the glute exercises...did it without a T bar.
