I really liked it   It was a good workout without it being too hard on your body

Great workout

This is day 3 on my rebounder. This video was challenging for me. I will be doing this one again and again to increase my coordination and strengthen my right leg more.  It's interesting to me that Fayth mentioned that one side might be stronger. I am left handed so I guess that makes sense that my left. Is stronger however it's also the leg I had a total knee replacement done!

I really liked this.  This was more of a stability workout (not much bouncing off the bellicon).  Faythe's cuing is fantastic.  I think I'll be doing this one frequently as an add-on to one of the shorter cardio workouts[:03:].
