Three moves for Pelvic Floor Training



Fayth is showing three moves to strengthen the muscles of the Pelvic Floor.

If you don't have a ball or yoga block I have used a rolled up towel, and it worked great.

Same to all the other comments.. please give more info on what ball to buy/use? Thank you :-)

Wonderful!  I will use this one often after my regular workout.  Great cuing!

I used a yoga block instead of a ball.  Worked ok for me

good to know - will do these in class tomorrow 

Great video! Rebounding has helped me tremendously with strengthening pelvic muscles.

The music is distracting. It makes it difficult to focus on what Fayth is saying.
