I'm a beginner and this was a great workout.  I really like how Faythe focuses on proper technique and form.  Stretching is so important so I really like how she did a good amount of stretching at the end.  I'd love to see something like this but with a longer cardio segment for days when I want to do a 45-minute workout.  [:01:]

This was a great break from the fast paced cardio work in the first two videos of this series. I realise now how in-flexible I am, especially with the stretches at the end!! Need to keep working on those to develop more flexibility and stretch my muscles, hopefully we will see more stretches within the cool downs throughout the later videos as I know I need them! I decided to take a full body before photo today in the mirror whilst standing on my Bellicon,  didn't really want to do it, but feel it will be an important part of keeping me on track if I ever feel I am not making progress.... Coupled with the Bellicon and ensuring I'm drinking 2L of water throughout the day and keeping an eye on what I eat. ... Can't wait for day 4!
