Paige and I introduce this recovery workout with a little bit of cardio - have fun!

I did almost finished this video beside the last e few min. I  would like to go on the next video

It‘s depressing if u do the stretching with an actual belly and not a nice flat one like Paige’s 

This was a nice rejuvenating workout. I loved the stretching.  Thank you.

Really enjoyed this workout.

I would love a 30-35 minute workout with lots of variety of moves like Fayth's earlier group Bellicon video, with front-back, side-to-side, the Jane Fonda move, knee lifts, high bounces with bottom kicks etc. There was so much variety that is really stayed fun even though I was sweating
