Hello everyone..I am a bit confused..I have chosen a 50 day workout plan with Arnita  and see that she is not the only one in  the plan giving the workout. Am I  missing something or is this normal..because the plan is not consistent with Arnita's style or stamina .. I feel the men trainers I worked with brought me down to a 3. When you choose a plan usually I had  the same teacher all the 10 or 12 days,,and I stayed as level  7. Could someone give me a cue ? Thank you all...and keep bouncing !
