Are you able to pinpoint which exercises are good for say the armpit area, back fat, Love handles? Is there anyway to be more specific in the training and maybe mention which areas it will improve? Just wondering.  Sorry if this has already been addressed.

If the Loose Weight and Build Muscles videos are very efficient... (I started 3 months ago and my body has changed so much :-) ) I do agree that it would be GREAT to have pinpoints on the video menu such as: Arms, Core, Legs and Glutes and also "Warmups" to do before any other videos.
