For Fayth Caruso, Jeremy Sonkins or someone with the best answer: I'm not in shape at all but my Bellicon was slowly making a noticeable change as I began a simple routine of 11minutes with simple bounces. However, I started stretching before using my rebounder and I went too far too fast and pulled something; maybe a tendon or ligaments in my right leg. Now I can't workout until it heals. My question is should I work out very lightly, and if not, how long do I have to wait before I can start back up?

I'm not an expert, but you could always bounce sitting and even on your back, and still get a lot of benefit.
