Excellent workout! I wasn't awake when I started this session but I sure am now. [:01:]

Like this workout. However it won't advance to next workout in the 50 day challenge?

Jeremy always does such a great job teaching, demonstrating and encouraging.

Definately for experienced bouncer.not many teaching points.more demonstrating.
