Wow! Very challenging. Hung in til the end. Used soup cans for weights! Thank you!

Your my workout idol Arnita! I think we are around the same age and I want a body like yours. Hard-working and youthful. You rock. Can't nearly keep up but I'm closer than I was. Now I don't have to completely avoid your classes. Thanks for being you. Blessings.

WOW- that was impossible for me to finish each set - I did as many reps as I could and then jumping jacks until the next round.  I’m going to keep coming back to this one until I can do all the reps! Great workout! Arnita you make difficulty really fun. Thanks!
