As with all of Arnita´s workouts, she challanges us.  I like the different moves.  Is it just me or after the pistol squat series, only one of the legs were worked on? It must have been tough out in the rain.  It looked cold so thanks for keeping the motivation high, Arnita.

This was fun! Combos I’ve never tried before but using the bellicon makes them that much easier yet challenging at the same time. Thank you! My tool box has added some new exercises :) : ) : )

I can't wait to share this with my 19 year old multi event track and field athlete (who is competing D1 at Boston College)when she is home for Thanksgiving!!  It isn't good for her 56 year old non runner/never hurdled mom but I LOVE your inspirational messages!  Keep the good vibes coming!

I love this work out!  I don't have enough room to go "around the world" so I did those sets in the same position on the floor.  I'm drenched - another great one, Arnita.
