I just got my Bellicon and finished the 60-minute Bounce Away Stress Workout. It was a perfect way for me to start. Thank you so much for listing all the options for different bodies and abilities. This is definitely a favorite for me.[:01:]

Great whole body workout. Just restarting my videos (6 month hiatus) I really feel stiffness and hardness in my lower calf...any suggestions on how to alleviate this??

Ich hab zwar nicht alles verstanden, aber es hat mir MEGA viel Spass gemacht. War ein richtig tolles Workout zum einsteigen und relaxen, Dankeschoen! [:01:]

This was perfect on an evening I was feeling tired.  Still got the body moving and a good workout for the legs.  I loved the Florida backdrop ,so relaxing.  Looking forward to more workouts like this one.  Thanks Fayth.
