Wonderful workout.  Everything was perfect.

Your my favourite Jeremy! Love you choice of music too! This is nice but agree it’s more of a 4-5. 

This was a nice little warm-up but certainly not a 7 that it's rated at...more like a 4 or 5.  

Great light workout that got me sweating and easy arm\leg coordination.  Thanks Jeremy!!
