A balance challenge to improve your martial arts form.

it would be good to watch this short video before attempting it for the first time as there is not a lot of instruction, so it's helpful to observe first and then do it. I like it for a fairly intense, short starter workout, but would prefer a bit more <g class="gr_ gr_231 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="231" data-gr-id="231">warm</g> up
