Jeremy is back with a Swissjump special. 40 Minutes of power cardio while engaging the core followed by a cool down and stretching phase! Jeremy is using extra strong bungees and the t-bar, but you can also do this training without the t-bar.

Jeremy ..that WAS an amazing job for me .. i am 60 and was able to follow you minus 1 beat per set !!.. Love this workout.. a favorite for me !

Great workout!!  Even though I am just a beginner bouncer, I had to try this video because I really like working with the t bar.  I will keep working at my own pace and hopefully I can be up to speed sooner than later!!
