Jeremy I love your workouts and I am happy to say after 75 straight days of working out Ithis 60 year old CAN follow you  now ! 
ps maybe turn down the music a bit...we cant hear your explanations...

Oh wow, couldn't do the first exercise at all as I have zero core muscles...couldn't move off the bellicon :-(  Maybe one day I will be able to do so.[:08:]

love the routine but background music was too loud, at times couldn't quite determine what he was saying
