very useful moves 

I love the workouts but would love the badges, too!

Lately after I complete my videos, I get a screen that asks if I am taking a break? How do I correct this issue? 

This was just right. Arnita, I appreciate that I can hear your clear instructions.   What a workout! Oops I meant this for the previous workout but I'm sure I'll feel the same way about tomorrow's workout[:01:]
