Emily follows Fayth's instructions as she prepares for her long run at the Chicago Marathon.

Emily - How did you feel about running a marathon? I signed up for my first 5K this year to take place in August! Then two days later I signed up for another one, the Tunnel to Tower run in NYC in September. I'm going to try to do your workout at least once a week to prepare along with my other Bellicon workouts.
