Excellent sweat going on here!  Thank you Fayth for always bringing a fantastic workout! 

Fantastic workout!  Have been sampling mostly “Fayth” workouts and her alignment tips are getting ingrained in my brain!  I even hear her voice when I am doing another trainer’s workout!  I loved that the moves were all simple (yet effective), and that she went over alignment and posture for the next move during the rest beforehand.  EXCELLENT!  Billy is also great!  Keep up the great work, Fayth!

Really got a good sweat on a very short amount of time. Thanks Fayth and Billie :-)
