Great choice for my first Bellicon workout! Thanks Fayth. 

I love all of these workouts.  I came back to this one today after a short exercise break.  I was searching for some thing to get me back on track that was not to slow or not to fast in a short period of time.  This one just perfect for what I was seeking.  I loved the i intervals and various exercises plus the use of light weights all in one exercise.
