I only had 10 minutes prior to eating dinner and this fit the bill perfectly.  I love her cuing.  She's always specific especially when she knows we can't look at the screen on some exercises.  [:02:]

great sequence to incorporate into a class

nice, good one to be added to another workout, or done several times over.
