This video is a way for you to add some quick and efficient strength-building movements from the comfort of your own home.

Very little cardio is done in this particular video - we want you to focus on the areas that don't get much attention during a long work week: flexibility, core strengthening, resistance-band training, etc!

PRO-TIP: Do this workout while you're cheering on your favorite sports team instead of lounging on the couch during the game. You'll be extra energized, and you'll feel great, too!
