Oh. I am a bit disappointed I must say. That was REALLY light! I would call that a Level 1... I think my heart rate never went over 66! There was hardly any bouncing, just slow motion. I will return to that video in 30 years, when I am 80! :-)

Warum ist das Level 4??? Normalerweise trainiere ich Level 3 und komme gut ins Schwitzen. Bei diesem Training wurde mir am Ende gerade mal ein bißchen warm. Für mich persönlich ist das Level 2!!!

Great de-stressing workout while still getting some cardio in. Love how it progresses.

that was a nice workout but the video half way thru started to stop frequently which is very frustrating especially if your crunched on time.
Is there any suggestions on how to stop this?

Nice.  This one just keeps getting better as it goes, love the different shots as the camera pulls away
 and then starts moving around the park.  Really good change up for a relaxing evening with just enough movement for the lymph system.
