These poses will help lengthen + stretch your muscles in an effective (and safe!) way. Practicing these poses will help to keep your joints, tendons and ligaments lubricated which can improve your body's range of motion.

Why is an increased range of motion good? It allows us to have even more mobility and agility, which results in better balance and reaction when dealing with instability. This is especially helpful when we get older and our bodies begin to age.
