It takes only 10 minutes to go through the variety of selected crunches done on the bellicon® mini-trampoline. Each exercise will require a deeper engagement of the working muscle because you will be crunching on the pliable surface of the bellicon® mat.

When laying down on the mat, make sure you find a comfortable position for your head, and always bring your chin to the chest in order to properly engage the cervical muscles and support the neck.
