Relax Post Workout



It's always important to relax and stretch after a cardio or power workout. This is a great workout to do on it's own if you need a break from your day, or after a cardio workout.

I will definitely use this for cooling down, but not for a warm up as it really relaxed me.  Thank you [:06:]
