HI Beran.. diese Einheit ist genau was ich gesucht habe. Eine Mischung aus Trampolin und funktionalem Training. Ich bin froh darüber... Bitte mache mehr videos...das ist soooo motivierend. danke

What fabulous workout! I do not understand German, but this did not hinder the workout at all. Beran does such great job at demonstrating all the upcoming movements that the English wasn't necessary! Already marked this video as one of my favorites!
