After you've watched the intro video, BASICS OF BOUNCING, you're able to start working out with different videos by checking out your "Recommended Plan" - these will be videos that were hand-picked specifically for you!

Apart from that, you can always browse through the videos here: - for lower fitness levels just use the intensity "low".
